The images in this section are included to illustrate the artist's view; a personal interpretation of reality and of the mysteries of the universe.
The cosmological concepts of space- time, multiple dimensions, black holes and parallel universes are mysteries of such phenomenal depth that I can easily imagine being immersed in them for the remainder of my temporal existence. It would seem that the many ramifications and incongruities of the space-time relationships provide an infinite source of ideas for creative imagination. As an artist who is particularly intrigued by structure, illusion and dimensional incongruity, I am especially enjoying the visions of apparent dimensional distortions that are found in the space-time concepts; they are so well suited as a focus for my special interest in illusory form and structure!
Art of course, is culture bound, and can, at best, link current human conceptualizations with imagined reality, but then, it is those illusions, whether in art or science, that help civilizations advance! The appearance of the fathomless spacetime continuum can be almost anything we can imagine it to be, all we have to do is THINK about it.
A question that has haunted me since I was quite young, is whether things exist because we can conceive of them, or, when we conceive of them, they do thereby exist?]
